Our ceramic mug customization process:
- Customers select the desired white ceramic mug body.
- Customers present their customization requirements, including the provision of high-resolution files of the customized artwork (preferably in PS or AI format).
- Our customer service personnel will offer design options tailored to the customization requirements for customers to choose from.
- Upon confirmation of the mug style and design scheme, payment for the order is required to proceed with bulk production. If a sample is needed, a production lead time of 3-5 days applies.
- Prior to bulk production, customized decals will be created based on the files provided by the customer. The decal production process takes approximately 3-5 days (plate making – film exposure – printing – lamination – air-drying).
- Once the decals are ready, they will be hand-applied to the mug bodies. Following decal application, the mugs are left to dry before undergoing the wiping process.
- Finally, the mugs enter the kiln for firing at a high temperature of 800 degrees Celsius. Upon completion, the finished products are inspected, and shipment is arranged thereafter. For orders of 100-3000 mugs, the delivery time is 7-10 days, while orders exceeding 3000 mugs require 10-30 days (time allocation is subject to actual production conditions).
