Ceramic Promotional Cup Customization Process:
Firing in the Kiln: Finally, the cups enter the kiln for firing at a high temperature of 800 degrees Celsius. Upon completion, the finished products are inspected, and shipment is arranged thereafter. Orders of 100-3000 cups take 7-10 days, while orders exceeding 3000 cups require 10-30 days (time allocation is subject to actual production conditions).
Selection of White Bone China Cup Body: Customers select the desired white bone china cup body.
Customization Requirements: Customers present their customization requests, including the provision of high-resolution files of the customized artwork (PS or AI format preferred).
Design Proposal: Our customer service personnel will offer design options tailored to the customization requirements for customers to choose from.
Order Confirmation & Payment: Upon confirmation of the cup style and design scheme, payment for the order is required to proceed with bulk production. If a sample is required, it will take 3-5 days to produce.
Custom Decal Production: Prior to bulk production, customized decals will be created based on the files provided by the customer. The decal production process takes approximately 3-5 days (plate making – film exposure – printing – lamination – air-drying).
Hand-applied Decal & Drying: After the decals are ready, they will be hand-applied to the cup bodies. Following decal application, the cups are left to dry before undergoing the wiping process.
