Our team specializes in producing ceramic and bone china products, including custom mugs, ceramic gifts, tableware, and more. We can incorporate client-provided materials into our products to create unique, meaningful souvenirs.
Custom Porcelain Mug Process:
- Select Mug Base: Client chooses a plain ceramic mug.
- Provide Design: Client submits high-resolution design files (preferably in PS or AI format).
- Design Proposal: Our team offers design options based on client requirements.
- Confirm & Pay: Once the mug type and design are confirmed, payment is made for bulk production. Samples take 3-5 days.
- Create Decals: Custom decals are made from client files, taking about 3-5 days (includes plate making, film production, printing, laminating, and drying).
- Apply Decals: Decals are manually applied, dried, and cleaned.
- Firing & Shipping: Mugs are fired at 800°C, inspected, and shipped. Production time is 7-10 days for 100-3000 units, and 10-30 days for over 3000 units (depending on production schedule).
